Charlottesville Christmas Lights for Rental Houses

We were fortunate to partner with a great landlord in the Charlottesville area on a residential Christmas lighting project. This client, who owns several rental properties, reached out for a custom holiday lighting plan to brighten up the homes for the season.

Our team delivered our signature white-glove service—visiting each property, designing a tailored lighting plan, and ensuring the client approved every detail. We then installed vibrant multi-colored C9 lights along the gutter lines and roof peaks, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere.

Throughout the holiday season, we monitored the lights to keep everything looking perfect. When January arrived, our team returned to safely remove the lights, carefully packing and storing them in bins for use again next year.
